We now have shockwave therapy available to patients!
If you are a current patient, you can go right ahead and book shockwave therapy as a standalone treatment or integrated with another discipline (massage, chiropractic, acupuncture).
If you have never been to the clinic before and want to try shockwave, we do require you to book an assessment with one of our practitioners beforehand.
LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
As a reminder, we require 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. We have this policy in place to accommodate patients on our waitlist who are in need of an appointment. If you fail to give 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. Please respect the time of our staff, practitioners and other patients and let us know if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave is a non-invasive therapeutic device using acoustic waves in order to stimulate a healing response in the treated tissue. Benefits of shockwave include: decreasing local pain sensation, muscle relaxation, increase in blood flow to treatment area which results in local soft tissue healing.
Shockwave can be used to treat painful conditions of the musculoskeletal system (chronic tendinopathies, trigger points, myofascial pain syndrome, fasciitis, chronic back pain, bursitis), degenerative and overuse conditions of the musculoskeletal system (arthrosis, arthritis, calcifications, chronic inflammation) and muscle spasticity.

Ion Footbath
A footbath filled with warm salt water welcomes you to this relaxing and gentle detoxification treatment.
The salt in the water acts as an agent to improve conductivity and an array is placed in the tub to produce a gentle electrical current.
Once the machine is turned on, a slight tingling sensation in the feet may be experienced. Because our bodies are made of water and electrolytes, and they allow the current to travel through the body.
