I am currently adventuring through an online PH D program in Natural Medicine at Quantum University, Hawaii, USA. A ProConsciousness Medicine Certification uniting wisdom and knowledge within the fields of Quantum Physics, Energy Medicine & Neuroscience.

This further study will give me the union of western and eastern medicine practices as ONE. I am so soulfully excited to be in offering as NEW HEALTH CARE systems begin to create whole being wellness from a preventative lens and also healing from the core (or the root) of the “condition or issue” rather than treating symptoms and creating other side effects! Plus shifting pharmaceutical dependancy to natural and organic resources, self help strategies and actions of support!

Dr. Telise Carmichael graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2020. She’s spent the last few years working in the busy financial district of the downtown core, so when she decided she wanted a change of pace, Cochrane seemed like the perfect fit! She loves to hike, and after spending 14 days in the Himalayas earlier this year to check off the bucket-list item of making it to Everest Base Camp, she knew that she needed to be closer to the mountains.

As a Chiropractor, Telise practices with a diversified multimodal approach that incorporates movement to enhance musculoskeletal health. She is passionate about creating individualized treatment plans that not only address and manage current symptoms, both also focus on preventative care and performance. She has special interests in the TMJ, peripheral nerve entrapments, headaches, postural dysfunction, and the ankle / foot. She has completed her certification in Functional Integrated Acupuncture and finds acupuncture to be a valuable component of her treatment approach.

Outside of the clinic, Telise enjoys to read, do jigsaw puzzles, play sports, indulge in international cuisine, and spend time with her nieces and nephews. She also loves to travel and has been to 33 countries!

Dr. Emma Mangialardi comes to The Nest with a wealth of interests and experiences that allow her to provide individualized patient care.

Her passion for the outdoors and sports attracted her to a career in chiropractic that has since given her the opportunity to help many patients return to the activities they love doing pain-free. Her focus in practice has been family care, sports injuries and general wellness treatments to keep patients moving! Emma uses a variety of techniques on her patients including spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue, cupping and exercise prescription.

When she is not in clinic treating, you can find Emma outdoors climbing, skiing, scrambling or taking her puppy Luna on a hike.

Dr. Vince Huynh graduated from Western University, in London, Ontario, with a Bachelor of Kinesiology - Fitness and Exercise Prescription and minor in Rehabilitation Sciences. He later earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Toronto’s world-renowned Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. During this time, he was a part of a team of on-field medical therapists/medical staff for Ontario Soccer and Soccer Canada.

Dr. Huynh’s passion in climbing, mountaineering, and ski touring has brought him to Calgary, Alberta to practice.
